अरुणाचल प्रदेश में लोगो ने सेना के  क मांडर और जवानो को घेरा ,, हम बता दे आपको की ये घाटना अरुणाचल प्रदेश के तिराप जिला की है जहां गाओ के 2 लोग मछली पकड़ने गए थे उने वापस आते समय रात  हो  गया अरुणाचल प्रदेश में 6 बजे के बाद रात सा माओल हो जाता है उत्तर पूर्व कश्मीर 3 राज्य नागालैंड, मणिपुर, असाम में रात के वक्त सेना के जवान आतंकवादी खोज में निकलते हैं सेना के जवान अचानक मछुवारो को देख गल्ती से उग्रवादी समझ बैठे आर्मी के जवान गलत फैमी में माचुवारो पर फायरिंग करने लगते हैं।माचुवारे जोर से चिल्लाते हैं की हम याही के नागरिक है जबाबी फायरिंग नहीं आती आर्मी के जवान फायरिंग रोक देते है  तबी उन्हे ये पता चलता है ये 2 लोग सिविल सेरजेंन है राम वोंग यांशु जो की 22 साल की उम्र है और 28 साल के हग फोक वांग पांग। हाथ और पैर में गोली लगी है गहरे घाओ है थिक होने में थोरा वक्त लगेगा सिचुएशन को संभालते हुए  क मांडर जेम्स ने  मांगी माफ़ी घटना के बाद गाओ के लोगो ने सेना के जवानो को घेर लिया तबी  क मांडर   जेम्स  ने स्थिति को संभाला और लोगो को आश्वासन दिया की...
